Conveyor type machines are controlled by PLC computer. It can
wash and dry up to 2.50m or 3.00m according to the model chosen.
The 2*5,5 HP contour following top dryer fans and 2*10 HP, fixed
side dryer fan group gives satisfactory drying on the surface.
The metal structure made of first grade steel sheets is hot dip
galvanized, phosphate coated, and baked after electrostatic
powder painted.
All external bolts are stainless steel. Bristles of the brushes,
gearboxes, pneumatic and electronic components are the first
quality products of major European manufacturers.
The
conveyor group is formed by rollers which comes every 1,5 m and
galvanised chains that works with 2 speed gear box or inverter
speed control. Composed
of 4 vertical and 1 horizontal brushes. Brushes are controlled
by swing system.
According to the optional equipments added to the W model,
conveyor length may increase.
