WHALE and DOLPHIN are a
swinging brush, roll-over system which washes vehicles with max
heights in between 2.40 m -3.00 m and max width of 2.20 m. It
can perform shampoo and wax ( W and WD model).
There is a
counter on the panel which counts the number of vehicles that
have been washed. The metal structure made of first grade steel
sheets is hot dip galvanized, phosphate coated and baked after
electrostatic powder painted.
The easy
and low cost maintenance requirement of this machine is the
reason for the high demand. Dosage pumps for Chemical Dosage and
emergency stop button are standard. By driver motors working
with inverter system, the gantry speed can be arranged according
to the requirements. The operations of the machine are
programmed on the inboard PLC computer.
