WHALE
has three different models, which can wash up to 3.45, 4.00,
4.20, 4,50 and 4,7 m. vehicle heights.
Vehicles
like bus, truck and also automobiles can be washed. All washing
operation is controlled by PLC computer system. Dosage pumps for
Chemical Dosing and emergency stop button are Standard.
There is a counter, which counts the number of the vehicles that
have been washed. The gantry speed can be arranged according to
the requirement by the drive motors in inverter system.
Horizontal
and vertical brushes with power-controlled by inverter system
provides sensitive pressure on different vehicle surfaces.
Inverter
system also provides soft start and stop of brushes and drive
motors.
With trolley-mounted motor-chain movement of vertical brushes,
sensitive contact to all surfaces is obtained
